When Neways was at its best it was owned by founder Tom Mower Sr., its best was so great not only the products were the best around but Neways International topped $750,000,000 in annual sales. In 2006 Golden Gate Capital purchased the then privately owned, debt free company.

It was said that Golden Gate was considering to file for bankruptcy or an out-of-court financial restructuring of Neways International that would most probably result in Golden Gate losing control, said the several people, whom could not be identified because the talks are confidential.

Can you believe that five years ago Neways was the 5th largest MLM in history and now they are falling apart. Why did this happen you ask.

When I first joined Neways 2002, I joined because of the amazing science and safety (100% non toxic personal care products). The buzz was due to Tom Mower Senior founder and creator of the Neways products. His passion was evident in all his products. He always made sure the products went above and beyond what was expected.
