The System: Learn, Use, Share, Invite, Follow Up, Duplicate

Every successful Sisel business follows the same six-step rhythm, in this order. Skip a step and the rest gets harder – follow it in sequence and it starts to feel natural.

1. Learn – understand the products you’ll be talking about, starting with the ones you’re personally using
2. Use – build genuine, first-hand experience before you ever recommend anything to anyone else
3. Share – talk about your own real experience, not a sales pitch. This is affiliate sharing, not selling
4. Invite – give people a genuine, low-pressure way to try what you’ve been using
5. Follow Up – check in, answer questions, help people actually get results
6. Duplicate – once you’ve done this for yourself, teach the same six steps to the people you bring in

This Is Sharing, Not Selling

If the idea of “selling to friends” makes you uncomfortable, good news – that’s not what this is. Every product recommendation comes from genuine, personal experience. You’re not pushing a product, you’re pointing someone toward something that’s actually worked for you, the same way you’d recommend a good restaurant or a great coffee shop. If they’re interested, they’re interested. If not, that’s fine too.

Your First Prospect List: Dream 25

Rather than starting with an overwhelming list of 100 contacts, start with your Dream 25 – a genuinely manageable list of 25 people you’d be excited to share this with. Once you’re comfortable, expanding toward a Dream 100 is always an option, but it’s a stretch goal, not a starting requirement.

A Realistic Content Rhythm

You don’t need to post every day to build this. A steady 3 times a week is the starting cadence – genuine, consistent, and sustainable. If you want to push further, there’s a 7-day stretch rotation available once you’re comfortable with the basics.

You’re Never Doing This Alone

If you get stuck at any point, there’s a clear path to support: start with your sponsor, then Katie, then Dr Curt for deeper product education and Compensation Plan questions. Nobody’s expected to figure this out solo.
