About InnerCHI HER Harmonizing Cream
Hormone fluctuations show up differently for every woman, and at different life stages – first cycles, PMS, perimenopause, menopause, and everything between. InnerCHI HER Harmonizing Cream was formulated to support the body through all of it, using wild yam root and non-soy, plant-based phytoestrogens to encourage natural hormone balance.
Vitex agnus-castus (chasteberry) is included to help stimulate the body’s own β-endorphins and DHEA, supporting both hormonal balance and skin density. Balanced hormones also play a role in skin vitality more broadly, and helichrysum extract is included to help protect skin from the effects of stress-related cortisol while supporting the skin’s natural barrier and elasticity.

Natural Ingredients
No added dyes or fragrances – the scent comes entirely from the natural botanicals and essential oils in the formula, and the distinctive purple-red colour comes from the Chinese herb lithospermum erythrorhizon.
Directions for Use
Massage ¼ to ½ teaspoon (1.25 to 2.5 mL) into areas of soft skin, such as the inside of the upper arms, inner thighs, or abdomen, alternating the application area. Each month, use one to two times daily for 21 consecutive days, then discontinue for the remaining 7 days to align with your natural cycle.
