The Two Types of Sisel Voucher
Sisel issues two main types of voucher, both functioning as product credit rather than cash:
- LRP Vouchers – Loyalty Rewards Program vouchers, also referred to as NFR (Not For Resale) Vouchers
- Shipping Rewards Vouchers – product credit specifically tied to shipping rebates
Both work the same way in practice: rather than a discount applied automatically, the credit is issued to your account and shows up as an option you actively choose to use.
Where the Credit Appears and How to Redeem It
For Distributors, product credit is issued directly to your eWallet. For Customers, it appears as a selectable option at checkout when you’ve been awarded credit – typically when Sisel is running a specific promotion.
The Redemption Rules
- A voucher can only be redeemed once per month
- Standard LRP and Shipping Rewards vouchers have a 60-day expiry from the date they’re issued
Because of the 60-day window, it’s worth checking your eWallet or account regularly rather than assuming a credit will still be there whenever you next place an order.
