Sisel Refunds & Returns. Sisel offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on resaleable product. Here’s exactly how the process works.

The Return Policy

Sisel’s 30-day money-back guarantee applies to resaleable product, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned by the Preferred Customer or Distributor who purchased it directly from Sisel
  • Products must be in their original containers, unopened, and in resaleable condition
  • Products cannot be within six months of their expiration date
  • The product must be properly packaged and shipped by the person who purchased it

Sisel is not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit during a return. All returns must be shipped prepaid – shipping-collect packages are not accepted.

How to Return an Item

  1. Package your return securely, including a copy of your invoice.
  2. Use a trackable delivery service to send it back.
  3. Ship within 30 days of receiving your order. Send only one order per package – don’t combine multiple orders into a single return.

Australian customers: Sisel’s official return addresses are listed for the USA, Europe, and Japan only – there’s no separate Australian return address published. Before shipping anything back, contact Katie or call +61 422 538 801 first, so we can confirm the correct return address and process for you rather than risk an unnecessary international shipment.

Item Arrived Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact support as soon as possible to arrange a replacement – this is handled separately from the standard return process, so don’t wait until the 30-day window to raise it. [email protected]

Refund Timing

If you paid by credit card or ACH, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days once your return is received and approved.

Exchanges

Sisel doesn’t currently offer item exchanges – if you need a different product, you’ll need to follow the standard return process above and place a new order separately.
