She has competed in two Fitness Competitions for the Australian Natural Body Building over 40s division, placing 2nd and 3rd. Katie has studied nutrition, weight management, and fat loss. Katie has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Promotion (BAppSc) and an Advanced Certificate in Nutrition and Health for Anxiety, Depression and Stress.
