Jenny: What could someone take to help support the synaptic connections in the brain functioning and to help with the retention of information when studying? Would appreciate any help with this as to what Sisel products would be most effective.

Christy: Brain vitality can assist with concentration issues.

Curt: The Brain Vitality is a great product because of the ingredients and high doses. I also recommend Supra Omega Plus because there needs to be Omega 3 fats to help with the connections. Certain brain disorders are created by the lack of amino acids. Those come from meats, nuts and other protein containing veggies. Sisel Lean has amino acids. The main products in my opinion, Brain Vitality and Supra Omega

Balance-D supports gut function.

There are many many links to the brain starting with good gut health especially with children and add/adhd and autism, so why would it be any different for adults. Everything to do with good health begins in the gut I believe.

These would be great products to begin with and longer term I would suggest TS-X  to support age reversal, as ageing affects everything including memory and recalling of information.
