Tom Mower Jr, CEO of Sisel International (son of the late Tom Mower Sr), shares his January Message.
At the start of a new year, we feel highly motivated by our results in 2023. It’s great to reflect upon our remarkable achievements that, unlike many other companies in our industry, allowed us to see unprecedented growth in sales, rank advancements, commissions, and more importantly, in health for thousands of people. Sisel is a leader not only in innovation and formulation but also in business building. As we say goodbye to 2023, now is the time to set new goals for 2024.
Starting January 1st, we are recommitting to a new theme for this year. The new theme is RISE. We must Rise to the occasion. Rise to new levels of success. Rise and be motivated. But more importantly, Rise to newer heights in wealth, health, and the search for happiness.
As we jump into 2024, make sure to participate in the new Sisel Weight Loss Competition. Take advantage of this contest as a part of your health-enabling efforts. It first starts with team commitment, a strong coach to hold people accountable, and setting achievable goals. Last year, thousands of people lost thousands of combined pounds in the different participating groups. This year we can do even better. Goals in weight loss, business building, and helping others find success can be achieved with the help of Sisel Turn & Burn™, Sisel THIN ™, Sisel LEAN™, and all of our health and fitness products.
Nobody else has such efficient formulations designed for weight loss and weight management. We have the science, we have the vision, we have the products that can make your goals possible, and with your motivation and strong commitment to jump in, participate, and coach, everybody can be successful!
Last year, we experienced an almost 60% increase in rank advancement. This year, I think that we should be able to increase that by 60% more. We are more poised towards success than ever before. When we ponder on how we broke barriers in our industry, and how leaders broke barriers in their businesses, one thing that stands out is that those who follow the very basic principles and the foundational cornerstones of the business are the most successful. They stay true to what people are really looking for. They’re good listeners. They help people overcome obstacles. They sincerely care about all those that are involved.
What it all comes down to is goal setting, staying true to the business, and staying true to what Sisel stands for. Always keep Science, Innovation, Success, Energy, and Longevity in perspective. The acronym for Sisel rings true today as it did 15 years ago at the onset of Sisel. These statements help us stay true to the Mower Mission.
As we say goodbye to 2023 and say hello to 2024, let’s work together as a team. Those who are willing to work together and have strong leadership attributes have a greater chance of success. Make 2024 spectacular. Make it memorable. Make it one for the record books. This will be a year like we have never had before. Set the goals. We have the components that you need for success. We have the products. You have the dream. We only need your commitment. Let’s all RISE and help each other to start 2024 well and help everyone obtain the success that they desire and deserve.
