As CEO and Co-Founder, Tom Mower Jr, provides general oversight and strategic direction for the company and its executive management team. Tom works directly with Sisel’s research and development staff in the creation of powerful new products oversees the company’s state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, and heads up Sisel’s world calls manufacturing operations.
Tom was instrumental in helping his father, Tom Mower Sr, build Neways into the giant success it became and has been invaluable in launching Sisel into its current momentum as one of the fastest-growing MLM companies in the industry.
Tom has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Utah and is an experienced formulator, scientist and product engineer. He is credited with developing some of the best-selling products in the health and wellness industry.
Tom is a dynamic speaker and presenter and is reversed by distributors around the world for his knowledge of nutrition effects on the human body.
A Message from Tom Mower Jr January 2023:
“January is the time when we reset our goals. We reflect on what’s transpired over the past year to learn from our successes and our mistakes. As we start a new year in 2023, we stay focused on the goals we want to achieve and the goals that we have not yet achieved. We should have goals in our life that make us well-rounded. We should have goals associated with our health. Goals associated with our families, our financial freedom, being a member of our communities, etc. One of my personal goals which I will share with you that drives me for the coming year, as well as in past years, is how can I inspire Sisel employees, Sisel distributors, and people in our community to achieve greatness.
As you’ll see in Sisel, we have many tools that we have developed to help create motivation and hopefully inspire others to achieve their goals. In January many people set weight loss goals, and we will be releasing cutting-edge products like the world has never before seen to help tackle obesity. 2023 will see myself and other leaders in Sisel travelling throughout the U.S. and the world to help people create a dynamic future by achieving their goals. No matter what we do with cutting-edge research, development, compensation, and products it still comes down to the old adage–you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.
This is why this year we challenge everyone to inspire others to reach their potential. To dream the impossible dream. But more importantly to realize those dreams. 2022 was a year for the record books–in the world and in Sisel. Worldwide this year we saw a 40-year high inflation, a pandemic, and interest rate increases. In contrast, in Sisel we saw more people achieve greater health than ever before, develop leadership skills, and receive record compensation, even with all the adversity in the world. This comes down to the fact that Sisel is built on a very strong foundation. Sisel is a debt-free company.
We not only research our products but we develop, manufacture and distribute those products. This gives us the ability to deliver the value and quality that people expect and the highest compensation in the industry for sharing those products with others. These are the values that were instilled in me decades ago by my father. Building a business that will continue to grow and reward those who are inspired to create, generate, and understand that they are both the road block and the bridge to their success. The decision lies within each one of us. So my challenge for each of you this year is to develop the skills to be a leader and inspire others to greatness, and in doing so you will realize the goals that you have set for yourself.”
