Aging Gracefully

Age Gracefully
Age Gracefully – It might look like this?

How do I age gracefully?

It makes sense to want to age gracefully. Aging can be scary. There are many challenges that come with aging. As we age we are more likely to suffer from disease and illness. Aging gracefully may help to lessen the negative aspects of aging.

What is the meaning of aging?

Aging means your body is decaying. This happens slowly however begins at the age of 25. This is when the body cannot repair and renew faster than the damage is accumulating. Eventually, it can no longer repair at all and death occurs. At a cellular level, cells go dormant, or senescent which means they no longer have the ability to duplicate any longer.

Age gracefully is it a compliment?

If someone says to you are aging gracefully this is compliant. It means they believe you are good at your age. Meaning you are showing signs of aging, but still powering forward with life.

When someone says you have aged gracefully it could mean one of two things. They look really good for their age or they have lots of energy and get up and go for their age. Generally, the two go hand in hand.

How do you accept aging gracefully?

Here are five tips for aging gracefully:

  • Keep a positive outlook on life. Focus on the positive aspects of things.
  • Continue to learn. You can’t teach a dog new tricks could not be further from the truth.
  • Try new things, continue to explore what life has to offer.
  • Look after yourself. Eating healthy and exercise.
  • Be grateful. Gratitude has a positive benefit on your health.

Aging gracefully is discussed above however if you want to be physically attractive as you age then implement the 10 healthy aging tips below.

How do you stay as attractive as you age?

Great question, something I am 100% dedicated to.  in other words aging gracefully. My top 10 tips for staying attractive as you age.

  1. Avoid sugar, sugar is extremely aging and will accelerate the whole process. Notice that food labels don’t even mention the RDI for sugar because there is a food war going on because of different food industries. They don’t want to tell you how low it is because most of the foods would break the RDI for sugar.
  2. Eating lots of whole foods, avoid processed foods. If it is in a packet or a tin it has been processed. Most foods that are processed are high in sugar and low in nutritional value when compared to whole foods. Whole foods include fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Juicing is an excellent way to get extra nutrients into your body. Some nutrients have been found to reverse the effects of aging. If this is of interest check out the Sisel AGE Pill. Many people report feeling and looking younger after taking the AGE Pill. Myself included.
  3. Exercise. Use it or lose it. If you don’t like it, just do it because you can’t change the laws of nature. Not exercising is the new smoking or so they say. Our body was designed to move. Unfortunately, as people get older they become less active. As we age try to remain as active as possible. This helps us maintain our muscle and mobility.  If keeping your muscle mass is a concern try SiselRipt. This product has been shown in trials to improve muscle growth by 3 times. Ref
  4. Hang out with young healthy people. You have heard of the saying if you don’t want fleas don’t sleep with the dog. If you always spend time with old sick people this will affect your mindset and outlook. You can still visit, just don’t go as often and don’t stay as long. Focus on feeling and looking young. Hang out with those who help you feel this way.
  5. Keep sun exposure to a minimum healthy limit. Seriously it ages you and creates more wrinkles. More sunspots too. Yes, you do need some sun for your health. However, you would be surprised at how little it is. Definitely keep your face out of the sun. Every time you tan your face you are adding more future wrinkles. I like Actify6000 it has all-natural sun protection and keeps the moisture locked in.
  6. Get a vitamin check. Ask your doctor to check for things like Vitamin D, Iron, Zinc, Vitamin b12, b 6, calcium, etc. These are very important to age gracefully and stay youthful if you become deficient in a vitamin there is flow on negative effect for your body. Take a supplement if you are deficient. Many people opt for a high-quality multivitamin to fill nutritional gaps. I like Encompass 360 as it has pushed my vitamins into the healthy range after taking it.
  7. Drink water. Most people are dehydrated. As you age you lose your thirst sensation and tend to drink less. Water is essential for healthy aging. Sisel H2 Stix really helps people who are struggling to hydrate.
  8. Reduce toxins, personal care products are loaded full of potentially harmful ingredients, pick a safe brand, like Sisel. Make the switch. It has been said by Tom Mower (Scientist and formulator) that 60% of toxins come from personal care products and 40% comes from food, air, and water.
  9. Listen/Read personal/spiritual development material. Continue the growth of your self-image and spirituality.
  10. Be grateful. Each day list 5 things you are grateful for. This trains your mind to see the best in things and attracts more good things into your life.
